  My husband and I walked in and we were greeted by Daniel Kwoczka. He listened to our concerns, likes and dislikes regarding our 4 year old mattress and helped us select 8 or more mattresses to try. We did not know we would be purchasing a mattress, but Daniel helped us make the process go smoothly with no pressure.

  We went to the Mattress Barn store due to the sale advertisement in the local paper. The salesman was very helpful and we purchased a bed. We purchased it yesterday and it was delivered today. It was a pleasure working with Mitchell Holstein the salesperson. My rating above is for the salesperson and delivery persons. ***My only complaint is with the Mattress Barn sale flyer which pictured and named the bed we bought but had an inferior mattress at the store which was the one on sale. It was an over $500 difference. It is definitely a BATE AND SWITCH fostered by the parent company.

  At the showroom the mattress was firmer than when it arrived (we purchased a floor model). just did not seem to be the same piece. It is too soft. We went back to the store after 2 nights but the manager said he was sorry but there was nothing he could do.
