  I did a lot of research on line regarding the purchase of a new mattress. At the point of ordering online though, I decided to go into a store to physically lay on the mattress. There are several companies on 441 and I just picked the closest that sold Sealy. Entering Mattress One I was greeted by Donna and we discussed my situation. She was very knowledgeable and helpful in the sales process. I decided, after learning that Mattress One delivered free, removed the old mattress and acted as agent with the manufacturer for warranty issues, to purchase there. Highly recommend Donna and Mattress One. I also recommend that you do your homework on line before you buy anyplace as this is a major purchase and you are the person who will be sleeping on the product.

  A few months back my husband and I purchased our first tempurpedic from Mattress one. Our sales person Donna patiently answered all of our questions so we made the purchase. We recently returned to Florida and I couldn't wait to have that 'Great night sleep' again that was promised. Thank you Donna and to Mattress one for providing outstanding customer service!
